What You’ll Do Clean, update, and manage data across learning systems Support tracking of training and development programs Help create job aids, guides, and microlearning content Assist with reporting using Excel and Power BI Partner with the team to improve tools and user experience What We’re Looking For Current college student (any major; HR, business, analytics, or comms a plus) Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Interest in data, learning, or training development Critical thinker with a service-oriented mindset Exposure to Power BI is a bonus Why Apply Build real-world skills in data & learning operations Gain experience with analytics tools + content creation Opportunity to continue part-time during the school year No prior professional experience required Great fit if you’re curious, detail-oriented, and want experience that actually builds your resume. #J-18808-Ljbffr Novolex
