Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with our sales representatives, warehouse team, and clients to ensure seamless event planning and order management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Care: Provide exceptional support to clients via telephone, email, and in-person at our showroom.
• Order Management: Assist sales representatives in managing event orders end-to-end—from initial inquiry and quoting to invoicing and post-event follow-up.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to fulfill client requests and ensure successful event execution.
• Problem Solving: Think on your feet to address client needs, resolve inquiries promptly, and offer creative alternative solutions when necessary.
• Client Relations: Deliver top-tier service and hospitality to all clients, partners, and visitors.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or office administration.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic PC navigation.
• Core Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and high attention to detail.
• Team Player: Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry Bonus: Prior experience in events, catering, hospitality, banquets, or equipment rental is a strong plus!
