About the Role:
A SEED OF CHANGE Family Resources Center is looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrator Associate to join our compassionate team in Oceanside, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital support role in a meaningful, people-centered environment where your work directly contributes to the well-being of clients and the smooth operation of our practice.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule and manage client appointments, therapist calendars, and office resources
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Handle basic accounts receivable tasks
• Manage office supplies, vendor communications, and general facility upkeep
• Support clinical staff with administrative tasks, documentation, and intake paperwork
• Respond to inquiries and direct prospective clients to appropriate services

Requirements:

• 1+ years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or practice management software
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality standards
• Empathetic, professional demeanor with a commitment to client-centered service
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
