Job Description:

* Must be Certified Medical Assistant holding a certification from the list below

** Shift: Monday - Friday 8a - 5p

• Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information on patients' charts. Assists with treatments ordered by the provider under supervision. Prepares treatment rooms for patient examinations.

• Performs basic clerical duties, including answering phones, maintaining records, and filing. Orders and stocks supplies, ensuring a clean and orderly environment. Documents provider encounters with patients, including diagnoses, symptoms, follow-up instructions, and prescriptions.

• Transcribes patient orders for laboratory tests, radiology tests, and medications. Provides patient education and explanations of risks and benefits.

• Collaborates with healthcare professionals to perform procedures and treatments. Maintains accurate and thorough documentation of all patient interactions and medical procedures.

• Ensures compliance with clinical policies and procedures.
