AM Production Associate

Allegiance Staffing is hiring Production Associates for immediate openings in the Durham, NC area. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Duties:

• Undergo training as part of the onboarding program, including card recognition.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures, capable of halting machinery during emergencies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around the assembly line.
• Inspect finished products for quality, material correctness, and visual defects.
• Package products as per job jacket instructions.
• Label and load finished products onto pallets for transportation.
• Assist in addressing basic mechanical issues.
• Report non-conforming materials or maintenance needs to operators and supervision.
• Adhere to quality standards, procedures, and company recycling program.
• Follow established safety and housekeeping procedures
• Comply with company policies, security protocols, ISO requirements, and standard operating procedures.
• May perform tasks outside regular responsibilities as required.

Skills:

• Ability to comprehend and apply written and verbal instructions effectively.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-player mentality, able to collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in simple mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Physical capability to push, pull, lift, or carry weights up to 60 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.
• Endurance to stand for extended periods in alignment with scheduled shifts.
