Ops Management Associate

Responsibilities Extract DR data from the tool and update DR tracking spreadsheets 5x per week Use the DR data to maintain KPI and metrics tracking spreadsheets 1x per week and potentially 2x depending on end-of-month timing Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and/or discrepancies that need to be resolved Lead weekly operating reviews and daily management meetings using data from the above Distribute minutes and actions from meetings and track status Support developing reports for customers and/or the team as needed Support repair coordination activities and other requests from the repair engineering team Qualifications / What You Will Bring Strong organizational skills Ability to read/interpret technical documentation Strong grasp of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills and the ability to schedule meetings between cross-functional teams Pay Range $28.00 - $29.00/hr Compensation decisions are based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
