This person will be responsible for improving efficiency, quality, processes, and overall business performance.The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can work across different functions and countries, build effective teams, solve complex operational challenges, and turn business strategies into results.## What You’ll Do* Develop and implement global operations strategies that support business growth and company goals.* Oversee daily operations across multiple regions and ensure consistent performance.* Improve processes and efficiency using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methods.* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure results and identify areas for improvement.* Work closely with Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other teams to support business initiatives.* Lead supply chain and logistics strategies to improve cost, service, and delivery performance.* Make sure operations meet applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.* Lead, develop, and mentor a global operations team.* Identify operational risks and develop plans to maintain business continuity.* Manage operating budgets, forecasts, and cost-control efforts.* Identify and implement technology and digital solutions that improve operations and decision-making.* Build strong working relationships with employees, business partners, suppliers, and customers.## What We’re Looking ForYou are a collaborative and experienced leader who knows how to build strong teams and get results. You communicate clearly, listen to different perspectives, and are comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving global environment.You should be able to:* Lead teams across different locations and functions.* Develop people and create opportunities for professional growth.* Use data and business information to make sound decisions.* Solve problems and identify practical ways to improve operations.* Build strong relationships with leaders, employees, customers, and external partners.* Set clear goals and motivate teams to achieve them.## Required Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.* 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.* At least 5 years of experience leading global or multi-regional operations.* Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics.* Experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.* Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.* Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25–40% of the time.* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.## Preferred Qualifications* Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.* Experience leading large global or matrixed organizations.* Experience improving costs, processes, and operational performance.* Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.* Experience working in a fast-paced and changing business environment.## Why This Role?This is an opportunity to lead global manufacturing operations and make a direct impact on business performance.
