What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Staff member, you’ll play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in our community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Promoting independence and helping individuals achieve their personal goals.
• Building meaningful relationships and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborating with team members to provide consistent and high-quality support.
