About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead its technology vision, engineering organization, AI strategy, and product architecture. The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on technology executive with a strong background in modern SaaS, having previously held a Sr. Principal Architect or CTO-level technical leadership position. Key responsibilities for the CTO include leading the development of innovative, AI-enabled software solutions, scaling high-performing engineering teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of SaaS products. The role demands a deep understanding of various technical aspects, including tokenization, model selection, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and AI agents. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a proven track record of personally shipping AI into production code and be well-versed in the technical details of AI implementation. Experience with SMB, dealer networks, or marketing services is a plus, and a background in MarTech and related marketing solutions is highly desirable. The role requires excellent executive leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who can drive the company's technology strategy and ensure the successful delivery of cutting-edge, AI-driven products to its enterprise customers.
