Specialist, Client Operation I Join our Wealth Services Client Service team as a Specialist, Client Operation I located in Lake Mary. In this role you will make an impact through client service delivery, issue resolution, data collection, and process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Participate in the end‑to‑end client service delivery model and report on client satisfaction. Resolve moderately complex day‑to‑day issues and engage internal partners as needed. Collect data on the execution of service commitments. Build an understanding of clients’ businesses. Serve as a project member to help clients streamline their operating model across our franchise. Engage in a culture of continuous service improvement, including digital adoption. Build relationships with business partners. Possibly engage in client service activities related to sales support, including assisting with RFPs, KPIs, and client documents. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3‑5 years of total work experience preferred. Client Service experience preferred. Financial Services experience preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills. Well organized, client‑facing, with professionalism and an outgoing, driven mentality.
