An A-Teamer makes an average of 200 outbound phone calls daily to prospective car dealerships, setting appointments for our Rich Dealer Sales Advisors. The A-Teamer does not close a sale; they begin a relationship by offering free, helpful information. The role requires a positive and ethical mindset, strong persuasion, and a proactive approach to build new relationships.
