Accounting Support Specialist

STV is seeking an Accounting Support Specialist to work with our corporate project accounting team. This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office) and will be located in our Douglassville, PA office. This position is responsible for supporting the Billers and Project Accountants in preparing invoices and updating our system for accurate project setup and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow within STV. Responsibilities Time Transfer processing Assembling backup needed for the billing team, including reviewing expenses to meet contract requirements Data entry of subconsultant contracts and invoices into the accounting system (ERP) Monthly reporting as required per client or contract.
