Sales Position
This Sales Position is responsible for Large Format ordering and merchandising execution of all MBG products in the assigned accounts of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all shelves and cold equipment is properly filled to MBG Standards
- Ensure all shelves and cold equipment are merchandised to MBG standards
- Execute and maintain Customer Development Agreements
- Execute MBG promotional Calendar
- Execute PCNA promotional Calendar
- Execute Sunkist/Schweppes promotional calendar with MBG
- Maintain Customer Service Expectations in our marketplace
- Keep back room inventory neat and organized
- Ensure Product Rotation minimizing out-of-date products
- Display Point of Sale Specific to Brands/Packages
- Operate all company vehicles in a safe manner
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to perform many tasks at the same time.
- Must be able to lift 60-70 lbs. and push or pull up to 1000 lbs. on a regular basis
- Good communication skills and ability to process change.
- Understand basic accounting principles
- Working knowledge of inventory control and warehousing procedures
- Ability to manage an inventory system
- Ability to comprehend policies & procedures
- Maintain acceptable driving record
