Base pay range $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr Position Summary We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available. You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you. What you will do Resume club pick up orders, notifying members when pickup time is delayed or products are unavailable, offering alternative options and ensuring products are packaged per policies. Maintain safety by conducting sweeps, handling merchandise properly, and reporting unsafe situations. Provide member service by acknowledging, identifying needs, assisting purchasing decisions, processing purchases, handling payments, using cash registers, locating merchandise, zoning areas, resolving issues, promoting products, organizing carts, assisting with transportation, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness. Comply with company policies, including ethics, Open Door Policy, and standard practices. Complete work assignments, prioritize tasks, collaborate, communicate progress, recommend improvements, and adapt to changes. Requirements Thrive in fast‑paced environments. Multi‑tasker at heart.
