Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications, following detailed design specifications to meet user requirements Execute test plans, analyse outcomes, and report defects to the development team, to facilitate enhancement of software performance Support the integration of new software features, facilitating smooth transitions within the existing system infrastructure Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and creation of comprehensive documentation for ongoing system maintenance Systematically document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions, thereby enriching team's knowledge repositoryYour contribution to the team: An agile mindset with effective communication and problem-solving skills. The role requires strong hands-on development expertise in Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, distributed systems, databases, cloud platforms, and CI/CD, with emphasis on building secure, resilient, and production-ready services.Java/J2EE, Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, JSON, API integration, Hibernate/JPA, SQL, relational databases, unit testing, JUnit/Mockito, Maven/Gradle, Git, Agile/Scrum, design patterns, exception handling, logging, debugging, performance optimization, application security, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.Preferred Skill and ExperienceAWS/Azure/GCP, Kafka or other event-driven messaging technologies, Redis, NoSQL databases, API Gateway, OAuth2/JWT, OpenAPI/Swagger, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps, observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace or Prometheus/Grafana, cloud-native development, distributed systems, and experience modernizing monolithic applications into microservices.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
