Aerospace Intercompany Buyer

Job Summary The Intercompany Buyer is responsible for coordinating material, production, and intercompany purchasing activities to ensure on‑time supply of parts and finished goods. This role supports production schedules, manages inventory levels, and communicates with internal sites to keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Plan and release intercompany purchase orders to support production and customer demand. Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans to prevent shortages or excess. Track and follow up on order status, shipments, and deliveries. Collaborate with manufacturing, production, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve supply, schedule, or shipment issues. Maintain accurate data in the MRP system: intercompany pricing, transactions, and lead times. Create and issue Material Requirements Planning and Work‑in‑Process status reports. Support reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field preferred. 1+ year of supply chain, planning, or procurement experience. Knowledge of MRP system and forecasting methodology preferred. Aerospace experience preferred. Must be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Only US Citizens, Green Card holders, political asylees, or refugees are eligible to apply.
