CPAPosition Summary

We are seeking a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who is professional, hardworking, and committed to delivering high-quality client service. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of relevant experience , with strong expertise in tax preparation, tax research, compliance, planning, financial statements, and business consulting.

The CPA will work as part of a collaborative team while maintaining a high degree of individual responsibility, professional judgment, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns with a high degree of accuracy.

• Conduct detailed tax research and provide solutions to complex tax issues.

• Assist clients with tax planning, compliance, and advisory services .

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements.

• Provide general business consulting and accounting support to clients.

• Identify and resolve significant technical, accounting, and tax-related issues.

• Plan and execute professional engagements in accordance with firm policies, procedures, and professional standards.

• Maintain independence, integrity, objectivity, competence, and due professional care in all engagements.

• Collaborate with Partners and Associates on complex technical, ethical, and industry-specific matters.

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members regarding financial and tax matters.

• Stay current with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.

• Maintain accurate and well-organized engagement documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.

• 4+ years of relevant accounting/public accounting experience .

• Strong experience with tax preparation and tax compliance .

• Excellent tax research and problem-solving skills .

• Knowledge of tax planning and advisory services .

• Experience preparing or reviewing financial statements .

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and applicable tax regulations.

• Proficiency with accounting and tax software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.

• Strong commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and client service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a CPA or public accounting firm .

• Experience serving a diverse portfolio of individual and business clients.

• Experience with complex tax issues and business advisory services.

• Strong knowledge of current federal and state tax regulations.

• Experience working directly with clients and presenting tax or financial recommendations.
