Program Supervisor

Compensation $45,700.00–$52,098.00. Our Adult Services Program is looking for a Program Supervisor to lead direct support professionals and direct the daily operation of assigned residential facilities located in Berwyn, West Chester, Downingtown and Devon, PA. The role ensures quality services that meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established procedures, standards of conduct, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Be at least 21 years of age. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in an area of human services. Three (3) years of human‑service experience required. At least one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred. The IDEAL candidate will be empathetic, a team player, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be energetic and creative, understand behavior‑management theories and positive reinforcement, and act as a positive role model. The candidate must complete eight days of new‑hire orientation, demonstrate a strong passion for working with and helping children and adolescents with special needs, and possess a valid license. Physical Requirements: Significant amounts of walking, sitting, and standing; some lifting or managing resistance up to 75–100 lbs.; some repetitive wrist/hand movements; normal hearing and vision; occasional use of computers and office equipment; occasional driving; mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches.
