Job Summary:

Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will support patient hygiene, mobility, and daily activities while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff
Ensure patient safety by following proper infection control protocols
Support mobility and repositioning to prevent bedsores and promote comfort
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
Adhere to facility policies regarding patient privacy and safety regulations

Qualifications:

Current CNA certification in the state of New Mexico
Prior experience in LTC or SNF preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members
Demonstrate compassion and professionalism in patient care
Must have reliable transportation and be punctual
Ability to stand, walk, and assist with patient transfers for extended periods
