About the Role:

Midas - Lake Jackson is looking for a motivated and reliable Lube Technician to join our growing team in Lake Jackson, TX! Responsibilities:

Perform oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicle makes and models

Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to service advisors

Check and top off fluids including coolant, brake fluid, power steering, and windshield washer fluid

Rotate tires and check tire pressure per manufacturer specifications

Replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the shop

Assist senior technicians with basic automotive repairs and maintenance tasks

Requirements:

Prior experience as a lube technician or in an automotive service role preferred

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and preventative care

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
