About the Opportunity The Senior Communications Lead, Internal Communications is responsible for leading the internal communications strategy for the global sales organization. This role supports senior leaders in effectively communicating business priorities, organizational changes, and key moments to employees. It is a high-impact position that fosters alignment, engagement, and clarity across a geographically diverse workforce. Responsibilities Develop and lead internal communications strategies and messaging for the global sales team. Advise senior leaders on communication approaches and narrative development. Draft and edit internal materials such as leadership updates, presentations, talking points, and messages related to change or milestones. Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned messaging and timing. Establish scalable processes and frameworks to improve consistency and quality of communications. Adapt communication strategies for global audiences, balancing organizational consistency with regional relevance. Use AI tools to enhance drafting, planning, and iteration, ensuring accuracy and audience fit. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, business, English, organizational leadership, or related field. Experience working directly with C‑suite or senior leaders on internal communications, including messaging and narrative development. Proven experience leading communication strategies supporting business goals and organizational changes. Experience managing communications for high‑profile internal events like all‑hands, AMAs, and leadership updates. Demonstrated ability to use AI in communications workflows while maintaining quality, confidentiality, and accuracy. Strong critical evaluation skills for AI‑assisted work, including responsibility for deliverables and protecting sensitive information.
