- Team-Based Care - Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, peer support specialists, and co-occurring disorder professionals.

- Annual Salary: $52,000 to $65,000 (equivalent to $25.00-$31.25/hour), based on licensure & experience.

- Licensure supervision funding (up to $65/week).
- Provide individual and group therapy to 4-5 adult clients per day in community settings.
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans aligned with ACT best practices.
- Participate in daily multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Collaborate with families, community partners, and referral sources.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in Welligent EMR.
- Participate in the rotating on-call crisis schedule to maintain ACT model fidelity.
- Uphold ethical standards, trauma-informed practices, and client-centered care.
- Licensure: LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A, LPC (provisional or full NC licensure required).
- Experience: Community-based work preferred; must be comfortable meeting clients where they are.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and passion for serving vulnerable adults.
- Strong interpersonal skills, clinical judgment, and documentation abilities.
