Front Desk Dental Receptionist
We are a family-friendly dental office looking for a friendly, hardworking, and experienced Front Desk Dental Receptionist to join our team!
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, personable, and enjoys providing excellent patient care in a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering and managing phone calls
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Verifying dental insurance benefits
- Presenting treatment plans and accurately coordinating benefits
- Collecting and posting patient payments
- Providing exceptional customer service to our patients
- Assisting with the daily operations of the front desk
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow
We are willing to train the right person!
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
- One Saturday per month
