Entry-Level Tire Technician

When you join us in Portsmouth, NH , you'll earn a starting pay of $22.00/hour , with the ability to earn more based on qualifications! Some after-hours/weekend work may be required, and we'll provide you with additional compensation. While experience would be great, it's not as important as being accurate, safety-focused, and driven to help others. Here's what we need from our Entry-Level Tire Technician:- Valid driver's license
- DOT medical card
- Physical ability to regularly lift 50-100 lbs.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings when needed
- Tire experience
- Clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Working from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- Performing weekend and after-hours work as needed
- Operating tire machines, balancers, jacks, and roadside equipment
- Traveling to broken-down commercial vehicles to provide roadside assistance, including changing, replacing, and repairing tires
- Working in our shop to mount, dismount, and balance commercial tires
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring we don't run out of tires
- Keeping the truck fleet and equipment in peak operating condition
- Helping with additional duties as assigned, including organizing the shop and yard
