As a bar back at Delbar, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar area. You will assist our bartenders by maintaining a clean and organized bar, restocking supplies, and providing excellent support to create a seamless guest experience. This position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Restock bar supplies, such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and napkins.
• Ensure that all necessary items are readily available for bartenders to prepare drinks efficiently.
• Dispose of empty bottles and trash in accordance with the restaurant's guidelines.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of bar alongside bartenders.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and reporting any shortages.
• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages to guests once beverage knowledge is demonstrated.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly fulfilling guest requests.
• Collaborate with the bar and waitstaff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous bar back or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy items, such as cases of beverages.
