- Highly competitive

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working Part-Time or Full-Time hours
- Answering calls in a professional manner (must speak fluent understandable English)
- Provide administrative support to owner
- Researching and organizing the owner’s projects and investments
- Bookkeeping of various business accounts
Preferred skills include:
- Proficient with Quick Books Pro, Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and the Internet
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Detail oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task
- Work efficiently while being accurate
- Willingness to learn new skills and thrives under pressure
