Highly competitive
Based on experience
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Working Part-Time or Full-Time hours
Answering calls in a professional manner (must speak fluent understandable English)
Provide administrative support to owner
Researching and organizing the owner’s projects and investments
Bookkeeping of various business accounts
Preferred skills include:
Proficient with Quick Books Pro, Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and the Internet
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Detail oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task
Work efficiently while being accurate
Willingness to learn new skills and thrives under pressure
