Key Responsibilities

• Implement the nursing process by delivering effective, relationship-based nursing care to patients and families
• Demonstrate technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive patient outcomes
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively to optimize patient care and clinical operations
• Contribute to professional nursing practice through ongoing self-development and leadership
• Display leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and requirements related to the safeguarding of Protected Health Information (PHI)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of two years of Level 3 or Level 4 Labor and Delivery experience
• Demonstrated ability to provide safe, age-specific nursing care using the nursing process
• Commitment to compliance with all organizational policies, standards, and PHI regulations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in high-acuity Labor and Delivery settings at a Level 4 designation
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary care teams
