This role is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience during times of loss by supporting homeowners on‑site and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the restoration process. This position is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and thrives in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment. You will be the face of our company—building trust, providing updates, and helping guide customers through the process. Key Responsibilities Meet with homeowners on‑site to provide updates and support throughout the job Serve as the main point of contact for customer communication Set expectations and clearly explain the restoration process Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at every stage of the project Document job progress, notes, and communication in RMS Take photos and assist with job file documentation as needed Coordinate with project managers, mitigation teams, and office staff Address customer concerns and help resolve issues quickly and professionally Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in the field and traveling to job sites daily Ability to build rapport and show empathy in difficult situations Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities Basic computer skills (experience with CRM systems a plus) Valid driver’s license What We Offer Competitive pay Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Supportive, team‑oriented culture Compensation $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
