Yard Driver Details:
- Temporary position
- $25.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 07:00pm )
- Move truck cabs and trailers between designated warehouse and yard locations.
- Safely back 53' trailers into dock doors and staging areas.
- Perform all driving duties on facility property; no over-the-road driving required.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment alongside other equipment and pedestrian traffic.
Yard Driver Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus
- Previous hostler, yard jockey, spotter, or trailer-backing experience
- Ability to safely maneuver and back 53' trailers into dock doors and tight spaces.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced yard environment around moving equipment and pedestrian traffic.
- Able to follow safety procedures and maintain a strong attendance record throughout the assignment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
