Overview Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Arlington, TX Physical Therapist Outpatient Rehabilitation Sign On Bonus: $7,500 Full Time Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80 Compensation depends upon candidate's years of experience BSW Arlington Parks is currently seeking a flexible, motivated, and hard-working Physical Therapist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have solid manual therapy skills and experience with general orthopedics, vestibular, and worker’s compensation clients. Flexibility will be required as coverage may be required at a nearby clinic. Hours are variable Monday-Friday, with early and late shifts required. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan. Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
