Fabricator

We are seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our team in Reserve, Louisiana . The ideal candidate will have strong fabrication skills and experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Mechanical experience is a plus. Responsibilities: Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and structures according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, and work instructions. Measure, cut, fit, and assemble materials accurately. Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy. Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications: Previous fabrication experience required. Mechanical experience is a plus. Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred. Ability to take accurate measurements and perform basic shop math.
