MACHINE OPERATORS NEEDED – STATESVILLE, NC
Temp-to-Hire | 1st Shift | $18–$19/hr
Looking for a steady schedule, consistent hours, and an opportunity to learn and grow? We are hiring Machine Operators in Statesville for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company looking for dependable people who want to build their skills and stay long-term!
PAY
- $19/hr – Candidates with Machine Operator experience
- $18/hr – Entry-level / little to no Machine Operator experience
SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Saturday overtime as needed
- Set 1st-shift schedule

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Learning to operate and monitor production machinery
- Loading and unloading materials
- Performing hands-on production tasks
- Checking products for quality
- Following safety and production procedures
- Working as part of a fast-paced manufacturing team
IMPORTANT – HEAVY LIFTING REQUIRED
This is a physical, hands-on Machine Operator position. Candidates must be comfortable lifting 50+ lbs regularly and working on their feet throughout the shift.
