Production Supervisor

CoWorx is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor in the Braintree, MA area. Shift: $90K–$95K + 10% Bonus (flexibility for top talent) We're partnering with a well-established, fast-paced food/seafood manufacturing company to find a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead 1st shift operations. Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production operations (cutting, portioning, packaging, etc.)
• Supervise and develop a team of 70–100 associates
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and product quality
• Run shift start-up meetings and set clear expectations
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
• Partner with QA, Planning, and Shipping teams to keep operations moving
• Identify and implement process improvements

Desired Background/Skills:

• 3+ years of production leadership experience (food manufacturing or fish industry high preferred)
• Worked in Production and has experience managing large teams in a high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety (GMP, HACCP, FSMA)
• Hands-on leadership style – this is not a desk role
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Candidates with a strong production management background highly preferred
