Restaurant Associate Manager

Compensation and Benefits Hourly Salary: $23.27 – $29.43 per hour. Uncapped bonus program. Referral bonus for bringing new team members. Free shift meal and 50% discount on Red Robin food. Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Paid parental leave (subject to qualifications). Paid time off: 0.03846 hours for each hour worked after 35 hours per week. Responsibilities Ensure seamless day‑to‑day front‑of‑house operations under exempt management supervision. Act as a brand ambassador, upholding company standards and creating memorable guest experiences. Promote continuous improvement and a “better for being here” mindset. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and training skills. Reliable transportation. Ability to obtain required certifications/permits as mandated by state or local law. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Preferred: Two or more years of restaurant experience. Knowledge of local and state health codes. Understanding of P&L, kitchen equipment, and inventory processes. Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules.
