As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.45 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at an industrial location. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and/or visitor records. Observe facility operations and report hazards, suspicious activity, damaged property, and other security-related issues to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
