Job Summary

The Business Floater Guest Service Agent (GSA) is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming and professional atmosphere for all clients, visitors, executives and staff members at all times. This highly flexible position provides coverage across various areas of the business, including trading floor reception desks, conference centers, and other hospitality service locations. The Business Floater must be adaptable and comfortable transitioning between assignments based on daily operational needs, employee absences, special events, and changes in business volume. The position also requires flexibility with scheduled hours, as start and end times may vary depending on where coverage is required. The ideal candidate will have a genuine sense of hospitality, strong reception services experience, and the ability to quickly learn the needs and procedures of each assigned location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide reception and hospitality coverage across multiple business areas, including; trading floor reception desks, conference centers, client centers, lobbies and other designated locations.
• Provide support during planned time off, sick callouts, special events, peak business periods, and other coverage gaps.
• Adapt quickly to different assignments, responsibilities, service expectations, and business environments.
• Maintain flexibility with scheduled hours and work locations to support changing operational and coverage needs.
• Fulfill phone, email and in-person requests for conference space utilizing the reservation system (EMS), assisting with reservations of more complex meetings (catering, video conference, data collaboration, etc.).
