Electrical Project Manager

Gpac is a national executive search firm specializing in recruitment for the electrical construction industry. We have been retained by a local electrical contractor in the area to find an Electrical Project Manager to join their team. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary based on experience Bonus potential Health insurance package 401K Paid vacation Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Duties & Responsibilities Oversee and manage commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects from start to finish Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance Monitor job progress and provide leadership to field personnel Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety and quality standards Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain efficiency and profitability Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications 3+ years of electrical project management experience with an electrical contractor Proven track record managing commercial, industrial, and institutional projects Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and project scheduling Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills Stable work history Proficiency with project management software is a plus Your resume will not be shared with any company without us first reaching out to discuss the opportunity in detail.
