Store Location 310 E Florence Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90003, United States Job Title Produce Clerk - # 58 Florence Responsibilities Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions. Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. Under direct supervision of the Produce Manager, provide customer service: assist customers, clean, fill, and rotate the perishable (produce) displays; lift 50 lbs, bend, stand, and stoop for prolonged periods; perform other essential functions such as lifting, standing, walking, kneeling, visual, and auditory tasks. Qualifications Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and product information. Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions. Common sense and ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions. Physical capability to lift 25-60 lbs and perform tasks like bending, standing, and stooping for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications Basic PC/Outlook skills. Retail Management Certificate.
