Quick Facts: Location: 170 Alameda de las Pulgas, Redwood City, CA 94062 Start Date: 11/01/2026 Shift: 24-hour, in-house shifts Hours/Week: Based on schedule, typically 30+ hours/week Employment Type: Full-time, permanent License/Certs: Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology Experience: 5 years preferred Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Note: pay established through negotiation; inclusive benefits provided) Pay & Benefits: Compensation: $312,000 – $438,000 annually + $25,000 Medical Director stipend Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Pharmacare, disability insurance, basic life insurance, and more Retirement plans including 401(k) and profit-sharing Paid sick leave, flexible spending accounts, and parental leave Continuing education support and additional perks Other Perks: Weekly pay via direct deposit, licensure and travel reimbursements, referral bonuses, supportive team environment, and potential relocation or sign-on bonuses What You’ll Do: Manage OB and GYN triage, surgery, and complications Oversee labor and delivery cases, with approximately 1,200 births annually Respond to obstetric and gynecologic emergencies inpatient Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Stanford-supported NICU and Maternal-Fetal Medicine Contribute to program development and clinical excellence from inception What You Need: Required: Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology Minimum 5 years clinical experience Strong teamwork and clinical judgment skills Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Preferred: Leadership experience in healthcare settings Experience in hospitalist roles or developing new programs About the Assignment: Join a leading facility in Redwood City, CA, launching an exciting OB-GYN hospitalist service in a vibrant, family-friendly community.
