Strategic Account Manager, Consumer Fragrance

Where You'll Make a Difference
- Develop and execute global account strategies to drive sustainable sales growth and market share
- Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with key customer stakeholders across regions
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, and supply agreements
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, R&D, and Operations teams to deliver innovative fragrance solutions
- Manage and forecast sales performance, ensuring alignment with financial targets and KPIs
- Identify new business opportunities and influence customer briefs to maximize value creation
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions
- Ensure seamless collaboration with operations to meet customer service, quality, and supply expectations
- Lead projects end-to-end, including brief alignment, submissions, and post-launch performance reviews
What Makes You the Right Fit
- 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, product development, or related roles in fragrance, FMCG, or ingredients industries
- Strong B2B account management experience with a customer-centric mindset
- Proven ability to manage financials including pricing, margins, and forecasting
- Solid understanding of product development, consumer insights, and market trends
- Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
- Experience working in cross-functional and global team environments
- Effective project management and stakeholder alignment skills
- Digital and data savvy with ability to leverage tools and market intelligence
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, or related field preferred)
