Production Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Production Manager with a strong engineering background to oversee fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing operations. In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive operational excellence, optimize production processes, manage key performance indicators (KPIs), and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Food Engineering, or related field) is required.

• Languages: bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

• Experience: Proven experience in production leadership within food manufacturing, CPG, or a similar high-volume manufacturing environment.

• Core Competencies: Demonstrated success managing quick product changeovers, reducing operational waste, driving Lean/CI initiatives, and leading high-performing production teams.

• Leadership: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and direct daily operations for high-volume production teams.

• Manage complex, fast-paced production lines requiring frequent product changeovers and operational adjustments.

• Establish, monitor, and optimize key operational metrics (KPIs) to drive efficiency, minimize downtime, and eliminate waste.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing concepts to streamline workflows and boost throughput.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure product quality, workforce safety, and strict regulatory compliance.

The essential functions of this role include:
