Job Overview
Evergreen Construction Company, Inc. is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Homeowner Advocate. This role focuses on documenting neighborhoods and connecting homeowners with professional exterior inspections with wear on their homes or after weather events. You will walk assigned neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, and schedule appointments for Evergreen’s Senior Project Leads. Evergreen Construction has been serving Minnesota homeowners for more than 23 years, and our mission is simple:

• Roofing
• Siding
• Windows
• Gutters
• Decks
• Concrete
• Insulation
• Storm Damage Restoration

Responsibilities

• Walk neighborhoods in assigned territories
• Introduce Evergreen Construction to homeowners
• Inform homeowners about exterior inspections and restoration services
• Schedule appointments for project consultations
• Track leads and homeowner interactions

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners
• Valid Drives License
• Ability to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods

Pay Structure

• $20/Hour Guaranteed base pay + Sales Incentives for appointments set.
