Solidworks Wire Harness Designer

Design and Development: Create and modify electrical wire harness designs, ensuring they meet specifications and industry standards. Develop detailed drawings and schematics using SolidWorks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define wire harness requirements. Technical Documentation: Generate and maintain technical documentation, including wire lists, assembly instructions, and design specifications. Ensure design documentation is accurate and up-to-date throughout the product lifecycle. Prototyping and Testing: Assist in the prototyping of wire harness assemblies and perform testing to validate design integrity. Identify and resolve design issues and implement necessary modifications. Compliance and Standards: Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet safety and performance criteria. Project Management: Participate in project planning and scheduling to meet timelines and deliverables.
