(USA) Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary Sam's Club #6643 2901 Clairmont Rd Ne, Atlanta, GA 30329-1639 Responsibilities Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics using the Open Door Policy. Operate forklifts safely, following company standards and guidelines. Complete work assignments and priorities, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners. Receive and organize merchandise and supplies, managing inventory flow and maintaining records. Provide member service, acknowledge members, and assist with self-service technology and purchasing decisions. Maintain facility safety through safety sweeps and forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations. Maintain sales floor merchandising, properly zone the area, stock, rotate merchandise, and keep displays clean and organized. Process defective merchandise and monitor security risks and safety, ensuring compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations. Assist with club pick-up orders, staging products, and performing accuracy audits. Use inventory tools to track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, control shrinkage, and report low in-stock levels. Operate and maintain forklifts and other equipment, reporting unsafe conditions and notifying management of malfunctioning equipment. Identify customer needs and provide proactive technology support. Identify and address shrink opportunities, maintain equipment, and ensure timely problem resolution. Support a culture of collaboration, respect, and integrity across the team. Act as a role model for Walmart values, promoting integrity, humility, and customer focus. Make decisions based on reliable information, balancing short‑term and long‑term priorities. Qualifications 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Customer Service Experience.
