Program Assistant

Pay Type: Hourly Wage: $21.96 Full-time Program Assistant-Awake Overnight Home and Community Options, Inc. (HCO) Location: Winona, MN Hourly Wage: $21.96 entire shift Position Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals with behavioral needs throughout the night. This position requires the staff member to be awake for the entirety of their shift to assist individuals as needed. Why Apply? Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED. Experience or additional training in developmental disabilities or related human services field preferred but not required. Must pass a criminal background study Ability to implement program plans/activities and take proper action that will be in the best interest of the individual. Work cooperatively as part of the team. No active warnings. Essential Job Functions: Respond to individual needs by having a full range of communication abilities (hearing, verbal, and vision). Respond to and provide guidance to operational situations. Move about and travel to program sites, given reasonable accommodations. Read and write printed material related to the job. Use a computer and develop written correspondence efficiently.
