Job Description

A Food Server plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service in a casual dining environment. They take orders, maintain table settings, process payments, and ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Typically working in small teams of 1-3 servers, they collaborate closely with colleagues to create a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities

Take and accurately record customer orders
Provide attentive customer service throughout the dining experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining area
Demonstrate thorough menu knowledge to assist guests
Process payments, including handling cash transactions
Collaborate effectively with small server teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
Strong customer service skills
Effective communication abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail in service and presentation
Teamwork and cooperative attitude
Good time management skills
