Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the role Position : Accounts Receivable Specialist Location : 7323 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036 (hello82 HQ) Work Hours : Mon-Fri 9:30AM to 6:30PM, Onsite Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable process: invoicing, payment matching, collections Prepare and review AR Aging reports; follow up on overdue accounts Maintain and operate QuickBooks Online (QBO) AR module, ensuring data accuracy Support month-end/quarter-end close through AR account reconciliation Communicate with clients (labels/partners) regarding invoices and resolve disputes Collaborate with Finance/Payroll teams on cash flow reporting (Preferred) Manage AR processes related to logistics operations (e.g., shipment-invoice matching, logistics vendor settlement) Qualifications 3–5 years of hands‑on AR (Accounts Receivable) experience Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) required Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP preferred) High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Nice to Have AR/finance experience in the logistics industry Experience in entertainment/music industry or agency environment Experience handling multi‑country transactions (Korea/US/Germany/Mexico) Benefits & Perks 401(k) plan with employer match Mental health/wellness support Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee discount on hello82 products Flexible time off for you to recharge The pay range for this role is: 45,000 - 60,000 USD per year (Los Angeles) #J-18808-Ljbffr
