This is a small emerging company with tremendous upside.What You'll Do:Design and develop high-performance applications using C#,.NET Framework, and.NET Core, leveraging.NET 8 for modern architectures (ASP.NET Core, minimal APIs, BFF patterns).Optimize and maintain SQL Server databases, utilizing Dapper ORM for efficient data access and performance tuning.Drive cloud-based solutions on AWS (EC2), ensuring scalability and reliability.Integrate seamlessly with front-end teams (React, TSX) to deliver cohesive APIs and user experiences.Migrate and enhance WPF-based components, adapting them to modern frameworks.Champion security best practices, DevOps principles, and OAuth2 flows (OpenIddict).Mentor junior developers and elevate code quality through rigorous reviews.Requirements What You Bring:Deep expertise in C# and the.NET ecosystem (.NET Framework,.NET Core,.NET 8).Advanced SQL Server skills, including stored procedures and optimization.Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2), GitHub, and REST API design/versioning.Familiarity with WPF and translating legacy components to modern tech.Proficiency in front-end integration (React/TSX); bonus for strong React skills.A passion for secure, scalable code and mentoring othersBenefits Why Us?
