Elementary Teacher (Full-Time)

Position Overview:
Boise City Elementary School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with state standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and development.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional technologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assess and monitor student progress through tests, projects, and assignments.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student learning and development.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall curriculum and integrate cross-disciplinary content.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events.
• Uphold school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment for all students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid Oklahoma teaching certification or eligibility to obtain one.
• Proven experience teaching at the elementary level with a strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to integrate technology into instruction effectively.
