Role Description The Solar Sales Reps/ Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Palo Alto, CA. This role involves engaging with prospective residential and commercial clients, conducting on-site assessments, and presenting tailored roofing and solar solutions. The Solar Sales Rep/ Consultant will prepare proposals, explain technical and financial benefits of Dura-Foam roofing and solar systems, and guide clients through the decision-making process. Daily activities include managing leads, following up with clients, coordinating with project managers and installation teams, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also requires staying current on industry trends, incentive programs, and local regulations affecting solar and energy‑efficient roofing projects. We are seeking experienced, motivated Solar Sales Representatives and Solar Energy Consultants who are ready to maximize their earning potential by partnering with a proven installation and operations team. If you already generate leads and know how to close residential solar deals, we’ll provide the backend support, financing options, and fast installation process you need to scale your business.
